Sacramento, CA

The motorcycle has been modified with a 1948 74-cubic inch engine. The engine was rebuilt in California. New leather saddlebags surround the bike and both bags have a finely handcrafted custom Indian logo worked into the top of each saddlebag flap. The seat is also newly handcrafted leather with period tassels. Custom chrome finishes are adorned sparingly throughout the build including front suspension, wheels and exhaust. Built from original and some NOS parts, this machine has been in storage for the past 25 years. MILEAGTrue miles are unknown. 18 miles are shown on the non-working odometer. PAINTPaint is correct Indian red/black two-tone and was applied with care in California. There are two paint blisters about the size of a dime on the side of front fender. Both front and rear fenders are pinstriped in gold colored üâ tape. SHEET METALOriginal Indian sheet metal in excellent condition with no road dings. CHROMEAll chrome work was completed by S/S Chrome in Arcata, California. Front suspension, exhaust pipes, and some body parts are chromed. Some small chrome blistering has occurred on the top leaf spring of front suspension. All other chrome work is in excellent condition. MECHANICALThis motorcycle is not numbers matching. The engine is a 1948 74-cubic inch rebuilt in, California. The engine case is stamped CDH 5225B. The engine appears to be a new rebuild that has rarely been started. 1973 BMW R-Series R75-5 Toaster Long Wheelbase for Sale
Whittier, CA
Jan 01, 2024
Iâm the third owner of this bike; it's got the " Toaster" tank and it âs the Long Wheelbase version.the wheelbase is 3â longer than normal for improved handling. The first owner rode it infrequently for the 35 years he owned it. His son sold it without riding it when his father died. The second owner is a good friend of mine who rebuilds bikes as a hobby; he stripped off a few aftermarket parts and rebuilt/replaced what few parts of the bike needed that. He rode it for fewer than 1000 miles. I bought it from him as my FIRST BIKE. The entire bike is as it was when it rolled off the assembly line (including a complete rebuild of the final drive a couple weeks ago) with 3 exceptions:1) The ignition system and wire set have just been shifted to electronic ignition. It âs an EME EDL-BOIGNS Digital ignition system to replace the unreliable mechanical system of âcondenser and points â that get out of perfect alignment fairly soon after tuning and begin causing the engine to misfire. The changes are completely internal and not visible even to the trained eye.2) the handlebar is a narrower one that was only sold standard in Europe, not in the U. S.3) the left mirror is an aftermarket one, longer than normal, to permit the rider to see behind him. Important safety measure!4) the installed seat is custom, but the original comes with the bike. I removed it to have it restored, but couldn ât find someone trustworthy to do the work (flaky, didn ât follow up with me) Used 1973 BMW R-series 19,200 miles Iâm the third owner of this bike; it's got the " Toaster" tank and it âs the Long Wheelbase version.the wheelbase is 3â longer than normal for improved handling. 2011 Harley-Davidson Street Trike Green for Sale
Fresno, CA

The " Green Machine" She's a real show stopper everywhere she goes. Chrome, chrome, chrome and did I mention she has a lot of chrome? She has a rebuilt Harley Evo engine with electronic ignition for easy starts and trouble-free cruising. She has a single carb for simplicity and easy maintenance. She starts and runs like a dream and gets her motivation through her 5-speed tranny. Any anomalies you might see in the photos are reflections because her paint is perfect, not a scratch, nick or smudge anywhere. Her plexiglass windshield is very functional and almost invisible as not to spoil her clean and interactiony chopper look. Her tires are like new. I also have a solo seat if you want to go it alone. Her trunk is roomy enough for lots of gear. I always carried a spare gallon can of gas in there.
