The frame and swing arm are powder coated. The carburetors ( jetting 112.5 main/ 17.5 pilot), engine, gages, and handle bar switch were restored to very high standards. The engine has new zinc or OE re-plated fasteners throughout. It has electronic points and electronic regulator and rectifier. I polished the Fork Lowers, engine covers, rear brake drum and sprocket hub. It has an OE master cylinder ( with plastic still on the lever) and caliper that have been rebuilt. It has an OE air box, owners manual and wire harness. The paintwork is from Japan via Z-1 Parts and is beautiful.950% of the reproduction parts are from Z-1 and are very nice: seat, exhaust, rear shocks, tank and side cover badges, fuel cap and petbird, electronic regulator/rectifier, both fenders, stator and cover, cables, 73 style headlight mounts, and more small parts.
