This unit is in turnkey condition - ready to hit the road. All systems, gauges, devices and appliances are in excellent working order. The only problem with it is that the wall paper is loose in a couple of places (this is common with extreme temps like in Illinois). There have never been any leaks and there are no soft spots in the floor.
