I'm selling my 1940 Indian Sport Scout Motorcycle. It is fairly complete restoration project with a real nice frame, fenders, front fork, and handlebar assembly. These bikes have a 750cc (45 cubic inch) flathead v-twin motor that has good power to weight ratio and is fun to ride. The open fendered early post war Indians are highly collectible and are a work of art. The frame is very clean and straight. Both shocks are present and complete. Note that this bike should have skirted fenders, but I chose to use the 1937 - 39 open skirt fenders instead because I think they look better (also I have a 1940 skirted fender scout, and the wheels are a big pain to remove or install with the skirts).
